Pool hours will be 10:00am-7:00pm

Cookout at the Cabana Cafe Sunday, July 4th 2010 from 11-3 pm. Adults $16.95, children 4-12 $9.95 children 3 and under free.

Chilled salads to include cole slaw, potato, and macaroni Platter of fresh fruit, Tossed garden salad with vinaigrette and ranch dressing

Country style green beans Grilled chicken and BBQ chicken with roasted sweet potatoes Fried catfish with hushpuppies with citrus herb tartar sauce Carved Whole Roasted Pig with three sauces: Eastern Carolina (vinegar base with a touch of spice), Western Carolina (sweet) and Chipotle "Moonshine" (smoky and spicy) Smoked Barbeque Ribs, Corn bread and honey butter.

Children's buffet to include chicken fingers, fries, apple sauce, cheese pizza.

Make sure you save room for dessert. We will be featuring Baked peach cobbler and triple berry pound cake trifle with whipped cream, ice cream & cookies.
